Recycling :

Without specific reason you can return your Phyto-Lab vaporisator and benefit from a special offer for a new pack or new parts:
1. Transmit, by e-mail, your delivery address and the specifi parts which you would like to replace
2. Receive a confirmation of acceptance of your request.
Please send only the 3 metalic parts of your Phyto-Lab - without the screens and silicon parts.
Every sending is subjected to our previous acceptance by e-mail.

According to our status, we promise to respect our client's privacy and never to transmit any personal data.
Phyto-Lab keeps the right to refuse any demand of recycling without jusification.

Shipping :

The price of 14.50 CHF includes delivery via "Swiss Post International Economy" + packing costs. The delivery is carried out by the Swiss Post (with exceptions). Deliveries within Switzerland are free of charge.
